MAAYA: CHOICES FOR CUSTOMERS 

(1) EXCHANGE: MAAYA provides you with the option to upgrade your jewellery at any time. You may take advantage of the MAAYA Lifetime Exchange facility if you so choose.


(2) BUY-BACK: MAAYA understands that, for personal reasons, you might like to return your precious piece of MAAYA and opt for the money-back facility. Should you wish to do so, please avail of the  MAAYA Lifetime Buy-Back and exchange facility Promise. 


Now, let us help you understand how each of the above works and make the process of Exchange, or Buy-back exchange facility convenient for you. 


(1) MAAYA EXCHANGE and UPGRADE 

MAAYA offers you, at any point in time, the option to upgrade your jewellery. Should you wish to do so, you may avail of the MAAYA Lifetime Exchange option. 


Eligibility 

All MAAYA jewellery bought at an MAAYA Retail Store near you or from our web store at http://www.maayajewels.in

Non-eligibility 

We regret that Made-To-Order jewellery will not be eligible for this facility. 

We regret that jewellery that is engraved, customised, or personalised will not be eligible for this facility. 

If the jewellery is damaged or not in satisfactory condition, we regret to inform you that this facility cannot be availed of. However, the assessed value of the damage will be deducted, and the value of the exchange and upgrade will be informed, if you still wish to proceed with the exchange. 

Pieces that are not accompanied by the original invoice and IGI certificate 

Use one of our convenient options to Exchange or Upgrade any jewellery purchased at the  MAAYA Retail Store or http://www.maayajewels.in

You may present the MAAYA jewellery at an MAAYA Exclusive Retail Store near you or inform customer service for an online exchange You are requested to present the jewellery in its original condition with the following 

The invoice 

The IGI certificate 

The Short Video Of The Product When You Opened A Box 


In the event that you avail the facility at an MAAYA Retail Store near you, the store will provide you with an acknowledgement of all of the above 

In case you wish to avail an online exchange, we request that you ship the piece safely to our warehouse. Customer Service will guide you with details. Or you may request that MAAYA to pick up the jewellery from a registered address and safely transport it to our warehouse. 

Requirements for this facility are listed below under "Safe Transportation of MAAYA Jewellery from Customer to MAAYA Warehouse." On receipt of the jewellery at the MAAYA Warehouse, the piece will be checked by the Quality Check Department. If the piece and all other requirements listed above are found to be in order, your request for exchange will be processed. 

In case there are concerns with the condition of the jewellery or any of the other requirements listed above that are not met, MAAYA  Customer Service will reach out to you, explain the concern, and return the jewellery safely to you. The cost of the return shipment will be Rs 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) 


In case the jewellery is approved for processing of exchange, you will be issued a Refund of the full value of the prevailing price of the diamond and the day's price of the metal, minus the original Labour Charges, Certification charges and the GST already paid. and the same will be mailed to you in 8 - 10 business days. 


The validity of the Credit Note will be 3 months from the date of issue 

You are requested to present the Credit Note to select your new piece of precious MAAYA jewellery at an MAAYA Exclusive Retail Store or to redeem it online

(2)  MAAYA'S BEST VALUE BUY BACK POLICY 

 MAAYA understands that, for personal reasons, you might like to return your precious piece of  MAAYA and avail of a money-back exchange 

facility. Should you wish to do so, please avail of the MAAYA Lifetime Buy-back exchange facility.

You may present the MAAYA jewellery at an MAAYA Exclusive Retail Store near you or inform Customer Service for an Online fulfilment. 

You are requested to present the jewellery in its original condition, with the following 

The invoice 

The IGI certificate 

In the event that you avail the facility at an MAAYA Retail Store near you, the store will provide you with an acknowledgement of all of the above 

In case you wish to avail the facility online, we request that you ship the jewellery safely to our warehouse. Customer service will guide you through the details. Or you may request for MAAYA pick up the jewellery from a registered address and safely transport it to our warehouse.

The cost of the return shipment will be Rs 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) 

In case the piece of jewellery is approved for processing as Buy-back, you will be issued a Credit Note for its value as below: Full value of the precious metal, based on the prevailing price 
 

Labour, certification fee, and GST will be deducted as these are costs that are not refundable from the third parties they have been paid to This best Buy-Back value will be paid to you within 8-10 business days. 

The amount will be processed in the same method of payment received: - Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking 


Any discounts, offers, gold coins, or loyalty benefits applied at the time of purchase of the jewellery shall be deducted from the buy-back value upon return or exchange. 

MAAYA reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. It is advisable to review the policies frequently. Changes will take effect immediately upon publishing on the website:http://www.maayajewels.in Any material changes made to the policies will be made here, along with a notification that the policies have been updated. 


Customer Service 

The Lifetime Exchange policy is available for use only once, applicable to a single piece of jewellery. No further exchanges under this policy shall be permitted after the initial exchange.
